Welcome to alexgreeninsurance.com (the "Site"), operated by Alex Green Insurance, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AGI," "the Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

AGI is not licensed and does not offer insurance products or services in any jurisdiction outside of Florida unless and until separately licensed and authorized to do so.

This is the most important section of these Terms, and we want it to be unmistakably clear:

Nothing on this Site — including its content, any quote tool, contact form, application form, email, text message, or phone call initiated through information provided on the Site — constitutes an offer of insurance, an insurance binder, a contract of insurance, or a guarantee of coverage.

Specifically:

• Submitting a quote request, application, or any other form on this Site does not bind, create, alter, or guarantee any insurance coverage.
• Coverage is only effective once it has been formally quoted, underwritten, and bound in writing by an authorized insurance carrier (or by AGI acting under express, specific binding authority granted by that carrier for that transaction).
• Any confirmation you receive through this Site (e.g., "quote request received") is an acknowledgment of receipt only — it is not confirmation of coverage.
• If you believe you have an urgent, time-sensitive coverage need, do not rely on this Site. Call our office directly at (813) 833-7098 to confirm coverage status with a licensed representative.

Content on this Site — including descriptions of coverage types, carrier information, general insurance education, and any tools or calculators — is provided for general informational purposes only. It:

• Does not amend, modify, interpret, or supplement any actual insurance policy;
• Is not a substitute for the terms, conditions, definitions, exclusions, and limitations contained in your actual policy documents; and
• Should not be relied upon as a complete or authoritative statement of coverage, price, or eligibility.

Your eligibility for any product, and the actual terms of any coverage, are determined solely by the underwriting insurance carrier. In the event of any conflict between statements on this Site and the language of an actual insurance policy, the policy language controls.

Information on this Site is not intended as, and should not be construed as, legal, tax, financial, or risk-management advice specific to your business. You should consult your own attorney, accountant, or other licensed professional advisor regarding your specific circumstances. AGI provides insurance placement and advocacy services within the scope of our license — not legal or financial advisory services.

AGI works with multiple third-party insurance carriers to place coverage on your behalf. Each carrier's products are subject to that carrier's own terms, conditions, exclusions, underwriting requirements, rates, and availability, which AGI does not control and cannot guarantee. AGI's role is to act as your advocate and intermediary in identifying, placing, and servicing coverage — not as the insurer itself.

By submitting your contact information through this Site, you consent to be contacted by AGI by phone, text message (SMS), and/or email regarding your inquiry, quote request, or account, using the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, opting out of all communications may affect our ability to service your policy or respond to time-sensitive matters. This consent does not override any applicable Do-Not-Call registry protections where required by law.

AGI intends to add functionality allowing clients to submit policy and application information directly through the Site, and to link to a secure third-party client portal connected to our policy management system (currently anticipated to be powered by EZLynx). When and if this functionality is live:

• Access to the client portal will be governed by additional, separate terms provided at the time of access, including your responsibility to safeguard your login credentials.
• AGI is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to protect your own login credentials or from unauthorized access resulting from your own actions.
• Data submitted through portal or forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the AGI name and branding, and design elements — is the property of Alex Green Insurance, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or any client portal;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission;
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through any form on the Site;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., carrier portals, payment processors, the client portal) for your convenience. AGI does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Alex Green Insurance, LLC, its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site, including but not limited to reliance on Site content, delays in response, or technical failures of the Site itself. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from the actual placement and servicing of insurance coverage under a separate client agreement, which is governed by the standard of care applicable to licensed Florida insurance agents and the terms of any applicable engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alex Green Insurance, LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or fraudulent information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or Site functionality. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
